Romans 8:15-21

Romans 8:15-21

New International Version (NIV)
15 The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship.[a] And by him we cry, “Abba,[b]Father.” 16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. 17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.
Present Suffering and Future Glory
 18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. 20 For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope 21 that[c] the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.

Sirach 2:1 - 7

Duties Toward GOD

1. My son, when you come to serve the Lord, prepare yourself for trials.
2. Be sincere of heart and steadfast, undisturbed in time of adversity.
3. Cling to Him, forsake Him not. thus will your future be great.
4. Accept whatever befalls you, in crushing misfortune be patient.
5. For in fire gold is tested, and worthy men in the crucible of humiliation.
6. Trust GOD and He will help you and make straight your ways and hope in him.
7. You who fear the LORD wait for His mercy, turn not away lest you fall.

Psalm 36

Psalm 36

Psalm 36[a]
    For the director of music. Of David the servant of the LORD. 1 I have a message from God in my heart
   concerning the sinfulness of the wicked:[b]
There is no fear of God
   before their eyes.
 2 In their own eyes they flatter themselves
   too much to detect or hate their sin.
3 The words of their mouths are wicked and deceitful;
   they fail to act wisely or do good.
4 Even on their beds they plot evil;
   they commit themselves to a sinful course
   and do not reject what is wrong.
 5 Your love, LORD, reaches to the heavens,
   your faithfulness to the skies.
6 Your righteousness is like the highest mountains,
   your justice like the great deep.
   You, LORD, preserve both people and animals.
7 How priceless is your unfailing love, O God!
   People take refuge in the shadow of your wings.
8 They feast on the abundance of your house;
   you give them drink from your river of delights.
9 For with you is the fountain of life;
   in your light we see light.
 10 Continue your love to those who know you,
   your righteousness to the upright in heart.

11 May the foot of the proud not come against me,
   nor the hand of the wicked drive me away.
12 See how the evildoers lie fallen—
   thrown down, not able to rise!

Colossians 1: 15 - 20

Colossians 1:15-20

New International Version (NIV)

The Supremacy of the Son of God
 15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, 20and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.

Psalm 119: 97 - 112

Psalm 119:97-112

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

   Mem.
 97 O how I love Your law!
It is my meditation all the day.
98 Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies,
For they are ever [a]mine.
99 I have more insight than all my teachers,
For Your testimonies are my meditation.
100 I understand more than the aged,
Because I have observed Your precepts.
101 I have restrained my feet from every evil way,
That I may keep Your word.
102 I have not turned aside from Your ordinances,
For You Yourself have taught me.
103 How sweet are Your [b]words to my [c]taste!
Yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 From Your precepts I get understanding;
Therefore I hate every false way.
   Nun.
 105 Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path.
106 I have sworn and I will confirm it,
That I will keep Your righteous ordinances.
107 I am exceedingly afflicted;
[d]Revive me, O LORD, according to Your word.
108 O accept the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD,
And teach me Your ordinances.
109 My [e]life is continually [f]in my hand,
Yet I do not forget Your law.
110 The wicked have laid a snare for me,
Yet I have not gone astray from Your precepts.
111 I have inherited Your testimonies forever,
For they are the joy of my heart.
112 I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes
Forever, even to the end.

John 5: 24 - 30

John 5:24-30

New International Version (NIV)

   24 “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. 25 Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live. 26 For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself. 27 And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man.
   28 “Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice 29 and come out—those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned. 30 By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me.

Psalm 119: 33 - 40

Psalm 119:33-40

New International Version (NIV)

   ×” He
 33 Teach me, LORD, the way of your decrees,
   that I may follow it to the end.[a]
34 Give me understanding, so that I may keep your law
   and obey it with all my heart.
35 Direct me in the path of your commands,
   for there I find delight.
36 Turn my heart toward your statutes
   and not toward selfish gain.
37 Turn my eyes away from worthless things;
   preserve my life according to your word.[b]
38 Fulfill your promise to your servant,
   so that you may be feared.
39 Take away the disgrace I dread,
   for your laws are good.
40 How I long for your precepts!
   In your righteousness preserve my life.

John 4: 31 - 35

John 4:31-35

New International Version (NIV)

 31 Meanwhile his disciples urged him, “Rabbi, eat something.”
 32 But he said to them, “I have food to eat that you know nothing about.”
 33 Then his disciples said to each other, “Could someone have brought him food?”
   34 “My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work. 35 Don’t you have a saying, ‘It’s still four months until harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.

Dear Lord,

Bless, Praise, Glory, Honor and Thank you for the gift of Friendship and Wednesday Feast Alabang, for they are also a source of Spiritual Food aside from daily bible reading, serving the travelers, and Prayer and Life Workshop

May I do Your will, not mine, in serving the people you bless me with. May I also bless them the way You tremendously and awesomely bless me.

All I ask in mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Hebrews 10: 5-10

Hebrews 10:5-10

New International Version (NIV)

 5 Therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said:
   “Sacrifice and offering you did not desire,
   but a body you prepared for me;
6 with burnt offerings and sin offerings
   you were not pleased.
7 Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll—
   I have come to do your will, my God.’”[a]
 8 First he said, “Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them”—though they were offered in accordance with the law. 9Then he said, “Here I am, I have come to do your will.” He sets aside the first to establish the second. 10 And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Dear Lord,

Bless, Praise, Glory, Honor and Thank you for the gift of Life, to do Your will while I am still alive here on Earth. My dear cousin Edison died today of heart attack, leaving a small baby and wife. And he is 39 years old only, heavy smoker.

Dear Lord, I ask and pray and ask and pray to do your will to take care of my body, the temple of Your Holy Spirit, the best way I can, because I know you will provide for the means to do that.

All I ask in Jesus name. Amen!

Luke 12: 22 - 32

Luke 12:22-32

New International Version (NIV)

Do Not Worry
 22 Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23 For life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. 24 Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! 25 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life[a]? 26 Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?   27 “Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 28 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith! 29 And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. 30 For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. 31But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.
   32 “Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.

Dear Lord,

Bless, Praise, Glory Honor and Thank you for the gift of faith and trust. I am not afraid of water rafting and what will happen to my guest, because I trust You LORD that you will take care of us all. The Outfitters and food was excellent!!!

Present situation, I am worrying of staying single alone and lonely. I've been praying to have a career as the modern Proverbs 31:10-31, to become the Christ centered wife and mother you want me to become to my future family. I am not worried about what I will eat or drink, (thou I should stay healthy), Your my Divine Provider. It is so hard to be holy, doable, but really really hard.

But as You said, DO NOT WORRY.

Psalm 119: 4 - 16 (prayerful reading)

Psalm 119:4-16

New International Version (NIV)

4 You have laid down precepts
   that are to be fully obeyed.
5 Oh, that my ways were steadfast
   in obeying your decrees!
6 Then I would not be put to shame
   when I consider all your commands.
7 I will praise you with an upright heart
   as I learn your righteous laws.
8 I will obey your decrees;
   do not utterly forsake me.

 9 How can a young person stay on the path of purity?

   By living according to your word.
10 I seek you with all my heart;
   do not let me stray from your commands.
11 I have hidden your word in my heart
   that I might not sin against you.

12 Praise be to you, LORD;
   teach me your decrees.
13 With my lips I recount
   all the laws that come from your mouth.
14 I rejoice in following your statutes
   as one rejoices in great riches.
15 I meditate on your precepts
   and consider your ways.
16 I delight in your decrees;
   I will not neglect your word.

Psalm 23

New International Version (NIV)

Psalm 23

A psalm of David. 1 The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
 3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
   for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
   through the darkest valley,[a]
I will fear no evil,
   for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
   they comfort me.
 5 You prepare a table before me
   in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
   my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
   all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
   forever.

In Love, I accept everything

Let Your will be done.

Psalm 31

New International Version (NIV)

    For the director of music. A psalm of David.
1 In you, LORD, I have taken refuge;
   let me never be put to shame;
   deliver me in your righteousness.
2 Turn your ear to me,
   come quickly to my rescue;
be my rock of refuge,
   a strong fortress to save me.
3 Since you are my rock and my fortress,
   for the sake of your name lead and guide me.
4 Keep me free from the trap that is set for me,
   for you are my refuge.
5 Into your hands I commit my spirit;
   deliver me, LORD, my faithful God.
 6 I hate those who cling to worthless idols;
   as for me, I trust in the LORD.
7 I will be glad and rejoice in your love,
   for you saw my affliction
   and knew the anguish of my soul.
8 You have not given me into the hands of the enemy
   but have set my feet in a spacious place.
 9 Be merciful to me, LORD, for I am in distress;
   my eyes grow weak with sorrow,
   my soul and body with grief.
10 My life is consumed by anguish
   and my years by groaning;
my strength fails because of my affliction,[b]
   and my bones grow weak.
11 Because of all my enemies,
   I am the utter contempt of my neighbors
and an object of dread to my closest friends—
   those who see me on the street flee from me.
12 I am forgotten as though I were dead;
   I have become like broken pottery.
13 For I hear many whispering,
   “Terror on every side!”
They conspire against me
   and plot to take my life.
 14 But I trust in you, LORD;
   I say, “You are my God.”
15 My times are in your hands;
   deliver me from the hands of my enemies,
   from those who pursue me.
16 Let your face shine on your servant;
   save me in your unfailing love.
17 Let me not be put to shame, LORD,
   for I have cried out to you;
but let the wicked be put to shame
   and be silent in the realm of the dead.
18 Let their lying lips be silenced,
   for with pride and contempt
   they speak arrogantly against the righteous.
 19 How abundant are the good things
   that you have stored up for those who fear you,
that you bestow in the sight of all,
   on those who take refuge in you.
20 In the shelter of your presence you hide them
   from all human intrigues;
you keep them safe in your dwelling
   from accusing tongues.
 21 Praise be to the LORD,
   for he showed me the wonders of his love
   when I was in a city under siege.
22 In my alarm I said,
   “I am cut off from your sight!”
Yet you heard my cry for mercy
   when I called to you for help.
 23 Love the LORD, all his faithful people!
   The LORD preserves those who are true to him,
   but the proud he pays back in full.
24 Be strong and take heart,
   all you who hope in the LORD.

New International Version (NIV)

The Greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven
 1 At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” 2 He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. 3 And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.

Mark 14:32-42

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Jesus in Gethsemane
 32 They came to a place named Gethsemane; and He said to His disciples, “Sit here until I have prayed.” 33 And He took with Him Peter and [a]James and John, and began to be very distressed and troubled. 34 And He said to them, My soul is deeply grieved to the point of death; remain here and keep watch.” 35 And He went a little beyond them, and fell to the ground and began to pray that if it were possible, the hour might [b]pass Him by.

36 And He was saying, Abba! Father! All things are possible for You; remove this cup from Me; yet not what I will, but what You will.”

37 And He came and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “Simon, are you asleep? Could you not keep watch for one hour? 38 Keep watching and praying that you may not come into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

39 Again He went away and prayed, saying the same [c]words. 40 And again He came and found them sleeping, for their eyes were very heavy; and they did not know what to answer Him. 41 And He came the third time, and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? It is enough; the hour has come; behold, the Son of Man is being [e]betrayed into the hands of sinners. 42 Get up, let us be going; behold, the one who betrays Me is at hand!”

Dear Lord,

Bless, Praise, Glory, Honor and thanks for the gift of prayer. Indeed Your will be done and You did more thank what I will. Planned to only have a medical check up with ate Flor, and we also end up having a very productive lunch together on health and spirituality with a bonus of shopping. Then I picked up the check easily for the Pagudpud - Laoag - Vigan Trip and the bus tickets for White Water Rafting Chico Rivers in Tabuk with out hassle. It rained hard, did not complain because You Lord provided for transfers immediately. Arrived in St. Francis 6pm, still early for the Prayer and Life Workshop, so I went shopping and bought my dream garden accessories solar lights. Got the puzzles for Sagada half the price also, and got my self a cute pink hat. LORD, that is sooooo much more than enough and I great fully thank You for Your will be done.

Regarding the spirit is willing and the body is weak, sigh, will see the orthopedics next week. And will enjoy Your will full of surprises. :D

Psalm 131
Childlike Trust in the LORD.
    A Song of Ascents, of David. 1 O LORD, my heart is not proud, nor my eyes [a]haughty;
Nor do I [b]involve myself in great matters,
Or in things too [c]difficult for me.
2 Surely I have composed and quieted my soul;
Like a weaned child rests [d]against his mother,
My soul is like a weaned child [e]within me.
3 O Israel, hope in the LORD
From this time forth and forever.

But was able to really  rest. Did try to watch livestream thou, will watch it again in Youtube, hopefully uploaded soonest or immediately. I wonder why the Techie Min, intentionally don't upload them immediately like Bro Arun and the worship leaders. Lord, it is most wise to pass the concern to my leaders. he he he less stressful.
