The Sheep and the Goats

    ³¹ “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. ³² All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. ³³ He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
   ³⁴ “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. ³⁵ For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, ³⁶ I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

   ³⁷ “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? ³⁸ When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? ³⁹ When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

   ⁴⁰ “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’




Dear LORD, Bless, Praise, Glory, Honor and thank you for the gift of compassion and love.

I was in grade 3 when Teacher Cathecist ask us to draw what we like in the bible and I did this one. I did the reading above, motivated by the kindness of my teacher and the wisdom in it. It was a drawing contest all the while, i did not know. I won 3rd place.

The wisdom sink in me, and got hooked serving in Mary Immaculate Parish Nature Church in the Children's Choir. Then Teen Choir, then Youth Council/Cathecist, then young adult choir, then Singles For Christ, then Lingkod ng Panginoon Alabang, then Light of Jesus Valle Verde, and now actively serving Light of Jesus Feast Alabang.

I got hooked serving the needy in the Philippine National Red Cross also. Then conservation and protection of creation in Nature Awareness and Conservation Club, Inc

Lord, thank you for the gift of compassion and love.

The Workers Are Few

³⁵ Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. 

³⁶ When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 

³⁷ Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 

³⁸ Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

Dear LORD, Bless, Praise, Glory, Honor and Thank you for the gift of courage. We, Eloisa, Julies and me, have a dream of bringing the Prayer and Life Workshop here in Alabang. The whole workshop is super highly recommended. We feel that we have anointing after the talk of "DO IT, afraid" by Bro. Arun Gogna. GOD will surely provide us the venue that will Glorify Him in the workshop.

¹ Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
   will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.^[a]

² I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
   my God, in whom I trust.”

¹⁴ “Because he^[b] loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him;
   I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.


¹⁵ He will call on me, and I will answer him;
   I will be with him in trouble,
   I will deliver him and honor him.


¹⁶ With long life I will satisfy him
   and show him my salvation.”

Jesus Heals a Man With Leprosy

 ⁴⁰ A man with leprosy^[a] came to him and begged him on his knees, “If you are willing, you can make me clean.”
 ⁴¹ Jesus was indignant.^[b] He reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” ⁴²Immediately the leprosy left him and he was cleansed.

 ⁴³ Jesus sent him away at once with a strong warning: ⁴⁴ “See that you don’t tell this to anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them.” ⁴⁵ Instead he went out and began to talk freely, spreading the news. As a result, Jesus could no longer enter a town openly but stayed outside in lonely places. Yet the people still came to him from everywhere.


Dear LORD, Bless, Praise, Glory, Honor, and thank you for the gift of Hope and Trust.

After getting nailed yesterday and rising above my cross. I can also looked at it as pruning, but it is more obvious that I got nailed already the moment I am tasked to served (sigh). Sometimes Dear Lord, seeing the hearts of fellow servants positively too much and trusting too much failed me to see the healthy paranoia warning signs. I should have suspected the moment he asked (kulit order is the term) me to bring the brother. Did it all a waste of time, effort, money, service and love. Not at all. It hurts, his credibility on protocols sucks, but made me really wiser. Will do what would Jesus do. Jesus and John Maxwell said Forgive, but make sure not to make him hurt me again and bank on better moments.

Time to fulfill my promise to Tita Cora P and Ate Josie G to serve as Care Group Head. Wiser now, I asked Tito Chris for permission to fulfill my promise first. He is still the leader, making sure I will not get nailed. He said Yes. I love to have another batch of Joey , Ate Susan and Sheila who happens to become my Spiritual Bbf or GGF (God given friends) and happy servants.

LORD, thank you for taking care of my heart, mind and spirit.

Jesus and John the Baptist

 ¹ After Jesus had finished instructing his twelve disciples, he went on from there to teach and preach in the towns of Galilee.^[a]
2 When John, who was in prison, heard about the deeds of the Messiah, he sent his disciples ³ to ask him, “Are you the one who is to come, or should we expect someone else?”

 ⁴ Jesus replied, “Go back and report to John what you hear and see: ⁵ The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy^[b] are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is proclaimed to the poor. ⁶ Blessed is anyone who does not stumble on account of me.”


REFLECTION


Dear LORD, Bless, Praise, Glory, Honor and Thank you for the gift of love, wisdom and service. (what would Jesus do in my place). Trying my best to live, love and serve like Christ around my family, friends and community, I failed to factor in, that Christ  know that he will suffer and be nailed on the cross.


Now I know, just got nailed. sigh. Sad and suffering like Christ on the cross.  


Will do what Jesus did. Rise above my cross ASAP. Love more and live to the fullest. (Will learn from what happen, will be wiser, so I will not get nailed again, hopefully). Will continue to enrich all the coregifts God gave me in organizing Responsible Tours Philippines. Will love more my family and friends. And will live to the fullest in Feast Alabang and Underwater Hockey and more.

⁵ When hard pressed, I cried to the LORD;
   he brought me into a spacious place.

⁶ The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?
⁷ The LORD is with me; he is my helper.  I look in triumph on my enemies.

 ²² The stone the builders rejected

Mark 2: 13-17

Jesus Calls Levi and Eats With Sinners

 ¹³ Once again Jesus went out beside the lake. A large crowd came to him, and he began to teach them. ¹⁴ As he walked along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax collector’s booth. “Follow me,” Jesus told him, and Levi got up and followed him.
¹⁵ While Jesus was having dinner at Levi’s house, many tax collectors and sinners were eating with him and his disciples, for there were many who followed him. ¹⁶ When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: “Why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?”

 ¹⁷ On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”




REFLECTION


Dear LORD, Bless, Praise, Glory, Honor and Thank You for the gift of spiritual generosity. The PLW reading is the same reading for today. Jesus Christ shared   YOUR love by becoming friends first. The coaching seminar with Bro Jay Yogawin last night help us how to share blessing to others easily. Bottom line is to have a good personal loving relationship to the person we want to bless. 


I have a 2 good coach now, 1 is Tita Lellah Santiago my media ministry head, who inspire me to serve in Feast Alabang with fun and grace. She is very kind and nurturing leader also. Another is Coach Chris Ching of Citadel Underwater Hockey Club who encourage me to stay healthy, inspire me to be a good team player and good leader to bring my best in the water. And out of the water he is really a cool, fun and funny gentleman. 


Got this "Be a Blessing Card" from Light of Jesus, Feast Alabang where we will put 7 friends and family that we want to bless. LORD, please bless the friends I've listed, hopefully and faithfully our loving friendship will bring us together closer to You.
